The Sloane's

It has been way too long since we posted! Life with a 2 year old is busy. Benjamin is 2 1/2 and is a fantastic little boy!

Right now he is into Spider man, cars, books, and obsessed with playgrounds (every night after dinner he says, "lets go daddy, lets go to the playground.") He loves to pretend he is going to work and the grocery store. He says "I am going to work mommy" and he gets in his car with his keys, asks for a kiss, and drives away. A few seconds later he returns and he says, "I went to work mommy." When you ask him where he works he says "school". I guess he wants to be like mommy and daddy. His latest line that melted our hearts, "I love you so much".

His favorite book right now is "Yummy, Yucky". He has the whole book memorized and his favorite line is, "Burgers are yummy, boogers are yucky!" He is all boy! He also loves to sing his ABC's, The Bumble Bee song, and The Wheels on the Bus (everything you can think of on a bus he will sing about).

Benjamin is extremely active! As I am typing this he is standing on the trunk of his car trying to do stunts! Running, soccer, and hide-in-seek are his favorite activities.

I don't think he was too thrilled about being a scarecrow for Halloween. I had to talk him into it. He would have preferred Spider man, but mommy decided for one more year of her choice. =) We are going to get him the Spider man costume for playing dress up. We had to compromise!
